Job description
This position is located in Bahrain:
Main Purpose of Job:
Liaise and provide accurate information to medical/paramedical contacts about Nestlé"s Infant Nutrition Products, their features, advantages, benefits and their appropriate use within the Code Of Ethics and Nestlé"s Instructions
Key Resonsibilities:
1- Convince medical/paramedial professionals of the quality of Nestlé"s Infant Nutrition Products by effective medical detailing of product features, advantages and benefits
2 - Develop high value relationships with medical professionals, paramedical influencers (KOL's) and decision makers through face-to-face detailing calls, group presentations and other activities within the remit of the Code and Nestlé Instructions
3- Be the preferred source of information on Infant Nutrition and provide accurate and up-to-date information on Nestlé"s Infant Nutriton Products, Infant Nutriton, and Infant Feeding Practices to medical/paramedical professionals
4- Achieve targeted territorial coverage and seek out new contacts; secure all tender outlets and extra tender rotation
5-Provide a weekly plan and subsequent reports on all visits/activities, support literature, to his/her Manager
6-Make timely reports on area progress as well as competitive activities and other market intelligence data, proposing counter-actions where necessary
7-Organize and carry out activites with medical/paramedical health professionals on topics related to Infant nutrition, products, Nestle R&D expertise, etc. within the remit of the Code and Nestlé Instructions
8- Participate as needed in national and regional medical conventions and exhibits
9- Participate actively in Corporate/Sales training events and meetings
Experience Required :
• Experience in detailing nurition/pharmaceutical products
• Managed independently under challenging/demanding market environments to achieve and exceed goals
• Has had experience of working in a team
• Has independently managed projects/tasks such as organising activites with medical/paramedical health professionals on topics related to infant nutrition, products, R&D, etc.
• Experience in acquiring new accounts and developing existing account relationships
Business and Professional Skills Required:
• Educational background in nutrition or science
• Knowledge of nutrition concepts
• Knowledge of nutrition/pharmaceutical industry practices
