We are looking for an intelligent, highly motivated and organized individual to join our Petfood team, Purina South Hub in Belgrade at the position of:


MDO (Market Development Organization) Specialist m/f


T he main purpose of the job is to translate the Petfood European Category strategy into the local strategy, applying 5P solutions, within relevant Channels and sub-Channels, with the objective of winning in the market and providing Customers with growth opportunities.

Main duties and responsibilities for this position include:
·  Translates the European category strategy into the local strategy
·  Tailor category and channel plans at a local level, to deliver winning strategies in key channels and customers in the local markets
·  Run Category Management projects
·  Activity Calendar Coordination to deliver the Country Channel Strategy & objectives - including brands, activity objectives, mechanic types, frequency, timing and POS/Merchandising support and materials
·  Review performance, analyze promotions & make changes to the Plan to deliver Nestlé Purina Pet Care objectives
·  Support sales and marketing to deliver outstanding execution plans
·  Review Merchandising guidelines and materials/toolkits from European Market Development Organization and deploy the guidelines and materials/toolkits in the Channels
For accurate and timely performance of work, the employee reports to Commercial Manager NPPC South Hub .

Requirements:
·  Bachelor's degree
·  At least 3 years of sales and/or Trade Marketing experience
·  Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
·  Highly developed analytical skills
·  Structured and clear on priorities
·  Excellent communication skills with demonstrated clarity in both spoken and written words
·  Strong Initiative and drive for result
·  Proactive, with ability to multitask
·  Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
·  Proficient in written and spoken English
