Master Production Schedule & Distribution Requirement Planner
We are looking for an experienced Master Production Schedule & Distribution Requirement Planner to join Nestlé Ghana.

What can you expect?
Reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the Supply Network of the assigned area of the business by replenishing each dispatch point to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover that also takes into account the distribution costs. You will also be responsible for building production plans, respecting the agreed level of available capacity to ensure that finished and semi-finished goods are available with high freshness, at the right stock location to meet customer demand whilst minimizing cost
Other responsibilities will include :
Supply Planning: Analyzing and evaluating the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs taking into account the network complexity and the supply constraints.
Load Planning: Planning and optimizing mixed loads taking into account transportation constraints.
Inventory Management: Balancing the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks of the right material in the right location.
Exceptions Management: Analyzing exceptions, to take business decisions (based on priorities or after arbitration) and to adjust planning results accordingly as well as establishing production requirements for short and long term and to follow up production plans.
Inter-Market Supply: Establishing stock policies for Finished Goods and periodically reviewing the stock level of the domestic and the receiving markets to pro-actively look for solutions in case of deviations.
Business Planning: Determining key issues with volume variance that may impact supply by - challenging existing Logistics and Supply Planning processes and tools - implementing improvements to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time savings, increased efficiencies, etc.) - monitoring requirements evolution.
Who are we looking for?
First degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Sciences with two (2) or more years of relevant operations experience, in at least one of the following areas:
· Factory Planning
· Supply Network Planning / Intermarket Supply Planning
· Purchasing
· Factory Production Team Lead
· Demand Planning
· Industrial Performance
Experience in the following processes would be highly beneficial :
· Customer Service
· Product Life Cycle process
· Factory Master Data Management
· Capital Expense
· Strategic Planning
