Marketing Assistant

Job description

In keeping with our current business needs, Nestlé Kenya has a vacancy for the position of Marketing Assistant reporting to the Marketing Manager - Kenya.

Applications are hereby required from suitable and qualified candidates to fill the vacant position for a Period of 6 Months. The position will be based in Nestle Kenya Office in Industrial Area.

Purpose of the job:
Provide support to the Marketing Manager with the marketing activities for product Launch and ICP plans for 2018.

Key Responsibilities will be;

Brand Financial Reporting;-
· Share weekly sales update vs targets and Proactively engage sales team for corrective actions where required

Launch of Gold Mixes:-

· Work with agency to ensure availability of required POSM on time for launch
· Work with CCSD to ensure perfect placement of the POSM as per guidelines in modern trade
· Work with agency to ensure readiness and execution of in-store sampling activities
· Monitor agency execution of digital strategy to support the launch

2018 ICP PLAN

· Consolidate the required information for Nescafe 2018 brand plan under the guidance of the marketing manager
The ideal candidate should possess the following minimum skills and competencies ;
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, major in Marketing
· Has demonstrated integrity, attention to details and good working relationships with various cross-functional teams
