Job description
The Nestlé Management Trainee Programme is a 12-month fast-track programme, aimed at developing potential leaders by equipping them with competencies and skills through cross-functional exposure. You will gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience by working alongside experienced top-class professionals and diverse teams, behind some of the biggest brands in the food business. Eligibility Criteria:
§A recent graduate with a Bachelor's / Master's degree
§Less than 2 years of experience
§Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
§Strong communication, relationship-building and organizational skills
