The 18 months Management Trainee program is designed to equip individuals with the foundation knowledge, professional skills and forward looking mindset through job rotations between Sales & Marketing, coaching, mentoring and professional trainings, in order to be prepared to develop their career in the challenging FMCG industry, and become Nestle future leaders.

Requirements:

· Fresh Graduate with less than 1 year of work experience
· Bachelor Degree holder with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or equivalent
· Passion in joining the FMCG industry and food & beverage sector
· Strong ownership, customer centric, results focused and proactive
· Able to learn fast and adapt quickly to the dynamic environment, comfortable with changes
· Good interpersonal and communication skills and a great team player
· Possess critical thinking, be analytical and detailed minded
· Excellent command of written and spoken English, ability to write and speak Chinese will be an advantage
