Maintenance Engineer

We have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the team in Buxton. At Nestle Waters we have established ourselves as the world leader in the bottled water market and we’re committed to bottling the very best waters from the source and straight to our customers via the most advanced and sustainable techniques currently employed.

What you can expect?
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible supporting and participating in the implementation and execution of the factory asset maintenance programme which aims to eliminate unplanned stops and optimise maintenance cost and increase asset intensity.

Other responsibilities will include:
· Actively participate in maintenance in maintenance routines.
· Support and participate in the implementation maintenance methodologies.
· Master and coach breakdown analysis.
· Assist with the reporting and tracking of the maintenance budget.
· Assist with the technical training program for all factory maintenance staff.
· Support production to eliminate quality defects, safety risks and chronic technical issues.
· Support and challenge your colleagues to maintain all company standards.

· Ability to coach across all levels and work on own initiative.
· Manage and prioritise workload in a fast paced environment.
· Strong understanding of problem solving methodology such as DMAIC, RCA.
· Qualified to NVQ level 3 with Electrical/Mechanical Bias or equivalent.
