To complete our Human Resources department, we are currently looking for a Learning and Development Specialist.

Key responsibilities
· Define and manage the annual training plan communicating all relevant information to markets and HQ as well as work closely with HRBP to prioritize all requests
· Manage Training budget details by tracking expenses to date, report and process invoice/payement order for Nespresso HQ
· Coordinate all relevant training processes such as invitations, Rive-Reine & Nestlé at the Center enrollment. Monitor training administration and booking process for Nespresso HQ. Support markets and functions with their training data request, providing all historical information needed
· Contribute to the effective use of the learning solutions evaluating training efficiency through feedback forms. Monitor KPIs
· Update and maintain databases (iLearn)
· Create and update Training & Learning communication on the intranet
· Support Global Talent & Organisational Development Manager with regard to special projects
· Manage PE-PDG Quality Audit for Nespresso HQ
Education and experience
· Training or HR Diploma
· 1-2 years' experience in a training function or equivalent function
· Experience with a Learning Management System (iLearn)
· Knowledge in training processes and Nessoft
· Good knowledge of Excel
· Fluent in English & French
· Excellent communication skills and service orientation
