Labour Coordinator

12 Month Contract

We have an opportunity for someone to join our company as a Labour Coordinator, based at our Confectionery factory in Halifax, Yorkshire.

What you can expect?
The Labour Coordinator will ensure that all maintenance activities are planned and performed in the most effective and efficient way, taking into consideration factors such as available manpower, production schedules, safety and available tools and spare parts.

Other responsibilities will include:
· Support with data in building the maintenance budget.
· Ensure that the maintenance activities are planned properly.
· Support the technical stores management.
· Build relationships across all areas of the factory.

Who are we looking for?
The person that is successful in this role will be driven to drive improvement across engineering maintenance. This opportunity provides to develop individually and as part of a highly skilled team as well as giving someone the opportunity to make a real impact.

Other attributes would include:
· Manage and prioritise workload in a fast paced environment.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels
· A working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not essential.
· Can do attitude to work with a drive to improve.
· Exposure to working within an Engineering environment would be preferred.
