As Labelling Text & Design Coordinator, you are responsible for managing the approval process of newly created or updated packaging artworks in collaboration internally with Global teams, Markets, Production plants, other important departments as well as with external suppliers.

Key responsibilities
· Set up of the English Master content of labels, based on information provided by key Global stakeholders.
· Ensure the coordination of compliant regulatory information within the labels. Review of the information provided by the various stakeholders, verify consistency within related recipes, within all the languages on multilingual labels, consistency across business areas, brands and pack formats.
· Implement validated action plans in response to regulatory changes affecting labelling.
· Manage the packaging artwork projects in close cooperation with affiliates, International Regulatory Affairs and Marketing departments, Production sites and external artwork suppliers. Provide feasibility analysis and solutions to minimize label update impact in close collaboration with Event Management of the region / factory.
· Brief external artwork suppliers on new labels and/or any modifications required to existing artworks.
· Maintain and propose improvements to the Labelling process and train relevant users on the process and tools.
· Participate and contribute actively in the various tasks required of the team (weekly meetings, updating of Global processes and tools, team building and trainings, partaking and presenting in internal workshops).
· Follow-up each intermediate due date and making sure the final delivery date of label for artwork preparation is met.
· Provide necessary verification of the Food Safety elements on the labels at global level, ensure harmonization of the food safety related information across markets.

Required Profile

· University Degree or similar level of education
· 2 to 5 years' experience in labelling/artwork project management
· Minimum 3 years' experience in international project coordination and workflow management. Experience in a regulatory team or in close contact with regulatory environment (food association, food or pharmaceutical industry or governmental authorities) would be strong asset
· Product range knowledge and understanding of the use of the products
· Awareness of requirements for all labels
· Experience in Prepress, Design or Printing Industry would be considered as a strong advantage
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
· Proficiency in English; any other European language would be considered an asset
· Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work and residence permit
