Job description

Key Account Manager

Responsible for the development and achievement of results in assigned Customer accounts, including development and implementation of the Customer Plans, based on the Channel plans developed by the CCSDs.

Also for the negotiation of the yearly trade terms and for the accounts receivable of the customers.

Maintain TTS investment and hence their respective CCS levels (Customer Contribution Statement) according to Nestle objectives.

Formal Education

University degree in Business field.

Preferable – SAP

· High level Computer skills

o Excel

o Powerpoint

Skills and Abilities:

· Leadership skills: coaching and business vision

· Problem solving: Analytical and decision making abilities

· Strong Negotiation: Clear communication skills, convincing others

· Attitude: Results oriented, open mind, win-win negotiator

Kind and Length of Experience:

· At least three to 5 years of experience in sales, as Sales Rep, KAM Jr, Sales Supervisor, CCSD or equivalent .

Preferable – Past management of planning customers

· Develop, implement and follow-up on Customer Plans (with Field Sales representatives incl. FSO Mgr), including the ICP Process.

· Business negotiations and reviews with customers. Maintain agreements with customers and look for opportunities.

· Review and follow up on main KPIs: internal (sales, TTS, accounts receivables, CCS); and external (POS, Case Fill Rate, Margins, etc.). Establish strategies to improve KPIs.

· Communication with Field Sales Execution team. Ensure coordination of execution vs. plans.

Review accounts receivable status with account receivable specialist. Constant follow- up on Accounts receivable situation.

· Accomplish and promote the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) policies established by the company

· All Nestlé functions across our Value Chain are fully responsible for observing mandatory principles, norms and instructions, for maintaining agreed Quality standards and for constantly improving them.

Any other additional duty required by the department including support the programs, policies and corporate/regional initiative of the company

Strict adherence to Nestlé Corporate policy, WHO Code, Nestlé Instructions, local legislation in the market where apply and regarding promotion of infant Nutrition Products
