Key Account Manager Nestlé Professional Coffee Solutions

The main purpose of this job is to develop and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives. Furthermore, you will be in charge of developing efficiently Customer Business Strategies.

Key responsibilities

· Accountable & responsible for agreed development of Vending Operators (ca. 60%) (Turnover, Profitability, PFME, TTS) incl. development of new concepts, channels and listings
· Responsibility for development of existing & acquisition of new NESCAFÉ Solutions Key Accounts (ca. 40%) in HORECA channel
· Execution of plans for assigned Accounts that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies
· Testing of Products / Machines , Accurate Sales forecasts and demand planning
· Alignment with Field Sales force Solutions on customer level
· Alignment on insights and innovation with marketing & Trade asset Management
· Project-Alignment & Channel-Reporting with Zone Europe & Nestlé Switzerland Coffee board & Marketing Nestlé Professional Switzerland
· Facilitation of excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective actions or learnings

Education and experience

· At least 3 years demonstrated success in Key account Management / Business Development
· Knowledge of the Channel environment and constraints
· Coffee expertise
· Highly developed organizational skills including ability to prioritize work coming from the Company and Customer
· Fluency in German, English, French highly recommended
