To ensure that Nestlé achieves its objective of sustainable growth, a new Procurement Division has been created with hubs in Switzerland, Panama and Malaysia. They will provide a range of services, including the management of procurement for specific raw materials, packaging, indirect materials and other services. The hubs will also support markets with managing local spend.
In order to implement and drive the success of our new procurement model, we are looking for a highly competent Procurement Controller to be a trusted co-pilot in the definition and implementation of the sourcing strategies for the Above Market Spend Categories you are assigned to in order to deliver sustainable competitive costs to the business.

Key responsibilities

· Proactively influence and facilitate the strategy formulation and communication for the categories under your responsibility
· Proactively manage Total Cost of Ownership of the categories
· Implement robust contingency and scenario planning
· Support management of Business Performance with the right information at the right time
· Ensure clear control and visibility of assets and liabilities, including the development, implementation and compliance with internal controls
· Optimise the entire working capital (not only AP)
· Champion the Group/ Business/ Nestrade Procurement Division view Vs local/Market view
· Promote clear understanding of financial key figures and costs within Procurement, including organising training sessions for non-specialists
· Coordinate and be the key contact for internal and external audits with the concerned categories.

Education and experience

· University degree in Finance
· Minimum 4 years' experience of working in a finance/accounting function (eg. Controlling, costing within a factory or supply chain)
· Experience working in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry
· Experience within a network organization (internal and external providers)
· Fluent in English; French or Spanish language are a plus
· Knowledge of SAP is a plus (in particular the FI and CO modules)
