Nestlé Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for Junior Compensation & Benefits Specialist in HR team.

Main responsibilities:

· Provide support in the implementation of the annual C&B processes (salary review, bonus calculation, salary budgeting);
· Maintain and enhance employees' benefits programs;
· Coordinate work with insurance companies;
· Perform payments, reconciliations and checks;
· Participate in position evaluation;
· Prepare reports related to Total Remuneration;
· Participate in related to C&B process projects;
· Review and update C&B Policies and Procedures;
· Propose process improvements;
· Calculate HR KPI's.

Main requirements:

· University degree (economics, finance);
· Excellent analytical skills, attentiveness to details;
· Good time management and organizational skills;
· Ability to work with big volume of data;
· Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular);
· Proficiency in English (intermediate level).
