Do you have strong technical and communication skills to collaboratively manage the Windows Server infrastructure in Nestlé Nordic?

If you can answers yes to above, then you might be our new team member in our Nordic IT department. You will join 10 colleagues who support all the Nordic companies in Nestlé. In total, we support 2000 colleagues at 31 sites in 4 countries. More specifically you will join 3 colleagues in the IT Operations team. Your base will be our Nordic HQ in Copenhagen.

Your everyday challenges
Your main responsibility will be providing support to our Windows Server Operating System platforms, HP Server & Storage hardware, VMware virtualization & Citrix solutions, while ensuring quality of the delivery, availability and performances on all OASIS servers.
Furthermore, we expect you to:
· Ensure that change, release, problem management procedures and methodologies are followed
· Collaborate remotely with IS/IT Client Services Support and IS/IT Wintel teams to perform local activities
· Hold the subject matter expertise of VMware
· Manage projects related to Nordic Server infrastructure
· Review/improve on IT audit issues/concerns and works against non-compliance behavior, driving a pro-active risk and compliance management mind-set
Your qualifications
You have a B.Sc. in Computer Science or comparable educational level or have two years of relevant experience and possess an inherent passion for working with IT. You will work in very complex company with a compound infrastructure and a high level of changes; being a fast learner and very change-agile will be a key to success in this role.
Furthermore, we expect you to:
· Have experience with VMWare 6.0, Citrix and Microsoft SCCM
· Be aware of critical/broad business issues, their implications and drives results.
· Be very strong with stakeholder management and good at communication and collaborating across functions.
· Have demonstrated competency in project participation and the execution of multiple large projects
Having HP 3PAR SAN storage and VMware experience and certification will be considered a great advantage.
As a person you are analytical, pragmatic and well-organized. You take time/task planning very seriously and can handle multiple priorities at the same time without losing focus.
You will work in an international environment with different cultural backgrounds hence you must be fluent in English – oral as well as written. Fluency in a Nordic language will be considered a plus.
