We're looking for an Inbound Supply Coordinator , based in our Supply Chain team in Fawdon. You'll be rewarded with an attractive package, but more importantly, you'll be working with a range of products that will inspire you.
At our Nestlé Fawdon Factory we produce many of Nestlé's iconic brands including Fruit Pastilles, Tooty Frooties, Fruit Gums, Rolo, Blue Riband, Breakaway & Toffee Crisp. These are produced through a highly automated PLC controlled process plant and automated filling and packing lines.
Our Opportunity
Reporting to the Product Supply Stream Leads, you will be responsible for ordering inbound materials with a value of £100 million. You will be managing suppliers for the Fawdon factory from across Europe and then making sure we have the correct materials, in the correct quantities, to ensure the factory can produce to support production demands.
Building relationships is key, as you will follow up delivery shortfalls and quality issue with suppliers agreeing plans to minimise impact on customer service levels or working capital. You will also monitor supplier performance ensuring plans are developed with the supplier, procurement business support and the supply stream to close gaps as necessary.

· Successful experience within a Supply Chain/Planning role
· Target driven and have the ability to use cost saving initiatives and efficiency improvements
· Effective influencer and communicator
· Excellent verbal and written skills
· Demonstrate an excellent understanding of software applications e.g. Excel
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills, will be accompanied with a self-motivated attitude and flexible approach.
