Inbound & Outbound Shift Executive (Supply Chain) – Suratthani Factory

Main Purpose of the Job :
· Ensure smooth in-bound arrival as well as smooth out-bound delivery of the finished goods to customers.
· Manage short-term stock level at Distribution Center (DC) / Buffer Warehouse to meet customer service level at the optimum costs and timeliness.
Main Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound operations planning by coordinating with Resources Material Planning (RMP) and Production Planner, Procurement, Transportation and Customer Service to ensure efficient and smooth transfer from source of production to Distribution Center (DC)/Buffer Warehouse and delivery of the finished goods to customers.
· Co-ordinate with DSP team to manage short term stock balancing of Distribution Center (DC) to ensure stock availability at Distribution Center (DC) / buffer warehouse.
· Ensuer safety both inbound and out bound operations.
· Prepare report and conduct performance monthly review meeting with factory warehouse, transporter and Distribution Center (DC) team for continuous improvement of inbound & outbound operations.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain and Logistics or related field
· 3-5 years' experience in warehouse and/or distribution management, logistics management
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Computer literacy; experience in using SAP would be beneficial

This position is based in Suratthani province, therefore, an applicant who has hometown in Suratthani province and/or nearby will be most advantageous.
