As HR Analyst within the Nestlé Recruitment Competence Center, you will run different analysis and reporting, and contribute to various projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities
· Support the Recruitment team with reporting and analysis
· Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
· Research, analyze, generate insights, and present data as assigned
· Assist in rollout and implementation of HR initiatives
· Provide support on general administrative and support tasks
Education and experience
· University or HES degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent
· Strong analytical skills is a must
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
· Good understanding of HR processes
· Experience and knowledge of Taleo & Oracle Business Intelligences is a plus
· Fluent in English; French, Italian or any other European language is a plus
