Are you looking for a new role where you can really make your mark in bringing HR solutions to the business whilst developing and implementing strategies?
It's difficult to beat a career in HR here at Nespressp. We're investing in HR to ensure we stay right at the top of our game. Our HR roles are exciting, with real involvement in the day-to-day combined with a strategic focus, and a high-profile within a globally renowned business. We're looking for a full-time HR Business Partner to join Nespresso reporting directly to the Head of HR for Nespresso.
Our Opportunity
This role offers a real opportunity to work with managers as their business partner from day one in our retail boutiques, giving HR support and coaching to provide best in class service and site direction. It gives the flexibility and autonomy of getting to the heart of people issues, working to develop fit for purpose solutions with a continuous improvement mentality. You'll also be responsible for:
· A number of key, strategic work-streams (such as workforce planning or changes to terms and conditions).
· Building excellent relationships with all staff
· Running the talent process and succession planning for the retail boutiques
· Being involved in initiatives such as engagement and culture change.
· Engaging with all boutiques based in the North of the UK and Ireland
We operate with a centralised employee services team and centre of excellence (the Ulrich model) so liaising with central HR employees will also be a key part of your role. There's no getting away from the fact that this is a demanding and challenging role, but if you're looking for somewhere where you can contribute to tangible, sustainable results, then this could be the place for you.
Please note travel will be involved for this role.
You
Your career so far will demonstrate a track record in operational HR, with a demonstrable ability to work as a true business partner. Ideally, you'll have a retail background, but as a minimum you'll need to have a proven track record of working within a HR role delivering tangible outcomes that make a real difference to the business. Finally, you'll want to join a business that empowers you to work as a true business partner combine strategy and operations, and the real ability to progress.
Our Story
The Nespresso story began with a simple but revolutionary idea: enable anyone to create the perfect cup of espresso coffee, just like a skilled barista. From this beginning more than twenty-five years ago, the Nespresso brand concept - exceptional Grand Cru coffees, smart, stylish coffee machines and personalised, exclusive services - has revolutionised the way people enjoy their coffee and has evolved from pioneer to being the reference in portioned premium coffee.
Nespresso launched in the UK & ROI in 2001 and had enjoyed significant growth year on year. The teams work closely as a unit, and are collectively ambitious and passionate about the brand they represent. Whilst we have a diverse range of skills and people, the team is united in its goal for Nespresso to enjoy a market-leading position in the world of premium coffee.
