Salary between £20,000 - £25,000 plus excellent benefits

Nestlé Sudbury are recruiting for a talented Administrator to join the HR department providing support to both the HR Business Partners, as well as Line Managers and Employees where required.

What can you expect?
This newly created role offers a real opportunity to be a fundamental part of the local HR team, supporting the Sudbury site, along with fantastic interactive elements championing key initiatives linked to the wider business strategy. You will be involved in a wide range of activities across the site, such as KPI reporting, employee engagement and supporting the wellbeing initiative. We operate with a centralised employee services team and centre of excellence (the Ulrich model) so liaising with central HR employees will also form part of your role.

Key Responsibilities include:
· Preparation of weekly and monthly KPI packs, ensuring reports accurately prepared by agreed deadlines
· Acting as the sites Communication Champion being the point of contact for communication activities, ensuring routine communications are prepared and issued to site as well as supporting any initiatives or events
· Acting as the sites Recognition Champion being responsible for running the Recognition Committee and any associated activities as well as leading initiatives to promote the scheme.
· Acting as the sites Wellness Champion you will be responsible for the coordination of local Wellness Focus Group meetings ensuring that the Wellness Sponsors and Activity Leads are on track and provide any necessary administrative support as required.
· Coordinating the employee engagement survey and associated activities
· Providing administrative support within our training activities
· Co-ordinating the delivery and completion of our community events
· Provide administrative support to our Line Managers as required such as formal note taking, document review, recruitment administration etc.

Who are we looking for?

You will have experience within a similar administrative role and although HR experience is not essential, you will be an excellent communicator and well organised within your current role. The ideal candidate will be used to working in a fast paced environment and thrive off multi-tasking, being able to prioritise their workload effectively and use their initiative. Candidates will need to be confident organising, facilitating and working with different groups of people.
