To complement our Global Business Applications team in Vevey we are currently looking for CLM Campaign Management Lead. Your main mission is to be overall responsible for the Campaign Management Solution and owns the Campaign Management roadmap within the Customer Life Cycle Management (CLM) project. You will drive the prioritisation of business requirements, be the main business person facing the GLOBE design & build teams, and are responsible for the business process integration with other key initiatives, particularly Integrated Digital Platform, Sales Force Automation and Trade Asset Management.
Key responsibilities
· Ensure Campaign Management processes and systems are standardized and fully aligned across Nestle Professional with existing and future best practice solutions, and provide recommendations on process improvements across the integration's team as well as the application
· Drive prioritization of Campaign Management business requirements and own the Campaign Management roadmap within CLM
· Ensure Integration of Campaign Management Solution with Integrated Digital Platform and Sales Force Automation Initiative
· Drive resolution of cross-functional business issues thru the defined governance approach
· Collect and document the lessons learned from the lighthouse project and ensure they are applied to the other implementation markets
· Monitor trends related to our industry, partners and customers and report/present on them internally
Education and experience
· Channel Marketing experience in the OOH business
· Between 2 to 5 years of experience in OOH Beverage or food
· Experience in Project Management and Regional/Global Implementation projects
· Experience with the use of Marketing Automation/Campaign Management solutions, ideally in a B2B environment
· Experience in CRM and Digital Marketing in small to medium markets, eCommerce, CRM Systems (Super user/developer/business analyst)
· Fluent in English, additional languages are an asset
