Job description

Main Purpose of the Role
Perform Field Sales Activities in the assigned geographical territory or Channels or Combination to deliver agreed objectives/targets.

Main Responsibilities

- Ensure achievement of agreed targets/Key Performance Indicators (Net Profit Sales, Real Internal Growth, Trade Spend, distribution, call coverage/frequency, merchandising) for the assigned territory or Channels or combination.

- Implement Field Sales Plan for the assigned territory.

- Support in development of Field Sales and Category channel Plans.

- Liaise with internal (Channel Category Sales Development, Key Account) and external (Customer, 3rd party) stakeholders to ensure timely execution of agreed Customer/Channel/Shopper related (in-store) activities.

- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies and local regulations.

- Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.

- Comply with Nestlé's strictest requirements that Nestlé marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity.

Requirements to Apply:
·  Must be holding a Bachelor Degree in a business related field.
·  Having experience in sales or marketing is a plus
·  Excellent communication skills in Arabic or English.
·  Having good interpersonal skills.
