Field Sales Promotor - Out-of-Home

To strengthen the sales team in one of our divisions, we are looking for a Field Sales Promotor Out-of-Home .

The challenge

As our new Field Sales Promoter Out-of-Home, you are in the driving seat to guarantee the presence of our products in the horeca sector in your region and you optimise the merchandising in order to grow the category:
· You further develop the Nestlé image within your sector (hotels, restaurants, cafes, nightlife) in close collaboration with the client.
· You actively look for new prospects and follow up on existing clients. You negotiate contracts.
· You help boost our promotional campaigns, manage them on site and follow-up on their success. You become the specialist of your sector and market and you use this info in your collaboration with the other departments to best answer our clients' needs in order to increase our market share in the region.

We are looking for…
A dynamic and outgoing personality. You are well-organised yet at the same time flexible both in seizing the opportunity at hand and in your communication style. Your pro-active initiatives and thorough follow-up combined with your natural impact help you to close deals. Your result focus, action orientation and positive drive will make the difference in this position.

You also have :
· A bachelor/graduate diploma in Sales or Marketing
· 3 to 4 years of experience as sales promotor in the out-of-home sector (horeca)
· Eagerness to prove yourself as a potential in sales
· The flexibility to visit clients in the evening or weekend, no 9-5 mentality
· A professional level in French but your mother tongue is Dutch
