e-Commerce and Digital Marketing as we are looking for an
Assistant trainee for our Communication and Marketing Services
starting next July 2018 for a period of 6 months.
Description/Mission :
· eCommerce: Support eCommerce Manager, aiming to take total Nestlé eContent strategy and deployment to next level to further drive online sales for all brands (Nestlé Waters, Food, Petfood, Dry, Coffee, …). Furthermore, exploit new DTC consumers business models/new roads to market to drive incremental sales through innovative channels.
· PCE: Help to deploy the PCE roadmap (PCE journey building, help to organize workshop, create digital content for brands, create flowchart in our CMT tool, update/build brands/database reporting…)
· Digital Marketing: Support Digital Marketing Expert in capacity building within the business, seach 2.0 rollout and Media Reporting (paid media as well as owned assets). Support in driving traffic towards business objectives and measuring ROI on campaigns.
With your strong communication skills you easily establish efficient working relationships with different people inside and outside the organization. You love to combine both the analytical and Commercial aspect of your job.
Responsibilities and tasks :
eCommerce:
· Take the ownership of the E-content process during the internal meetings with the brand team & within the cross business NIM meetings.
· ROI Evalutation of the online eCommerce campaigns
· E-content upload to our customer base & service providers (existing & new assortment), from basic e-content, appealing product description, pictures, and ingredients … to activation via bannering, video…
· Ensure the online visualization is aligned with the offline/store communication, eg. Develop category communication by segment (Improved category visuals…)
· Update the e-content with the Product/brand relaunches by retailer.
· Track our & competition visibility online and eCommerce insights.
PCE:
· Help to Create/Manage the PCE journey flowcharts (NIN & Purina) in the CMT tool
· Brand campaigns follow up (briefing to final reporting)
· Manage the corporate communication newsletter (made with Nestlé)
Digital Marketing:
· Daily follow up & Support the digital manager (Marketing Team)
· Manage briefings between brand managers and agencies (campaign objectives, brand guidelines, timing…)
· Coordinate & develop digital assets via our partner agencies (mailings, visuals, social posts, videos…)
· Track and analyses performance of our digital campaigns and websites performance (Google Analytics) and make actionable recommendation
· Track competition online activities
Acamedical background : Economics, Sales, Marketing, digital background

Package : 850 €/month + public transport
