The incumbent will be accountable for the development and timely submission of business development analysis to support business growth within the Distributor Buy Sell Network.
Major Responsibilities
· Accurate assessment of data from a multitude of sources to provide insights to make recommendations to the DSD strategy to support growth within the Distributor Buy Sell Network.
· Maintenance of required reporting to support the Buy Sell Network:
· Timely circulation of annual price lists to Third Party Distributors, New products added to the Distributors price tables with accurate discounts.
· Published sales report by Distributor.
· Updates of territory/route report of sales, customers with special pricing, etc.
· Compliance to Nestlé Ice Cream Everyday Market Ready through the development of in store execution plans and continuous review of the effectiveness of in-store actions.
· Sell sheets circulated to all Distributors prior to the start of the Ice Cream season.
· Post promotion analysis completed accurately with after action review completed.
· Incentives earned by Distributors from these programs paid within 3 weeks of program end date.
· Implement effective audit measures.
· Operational Buy Sell network improvements identified, reported and recommendations provided.
· Audits of stores completed, findings summarized and corrective actions recommended.
· Asset reports reviewed weekly and corrective action taken with Distributors as required.
· Effective support to maintain an industry best DSD network with respect to Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Compliance.
· Accurate and timely reporting of all Distributor compliance documents (driver abstracts, insurance).
· Meaningful Distributor environmental impact reporting.
· Maintenance of all Distributor training records.
· Support recall activities and reporting as required.
· Demonstrated value creation through a Lean Enterprise Mindset.
· Lean Value stream executed with supplier/partners and customers.
· Contribution to deliver yearly OPEX targeted impacts and/or can demonstrate results of pull and flow by reduction of waste.
· Nestlé Continuous Excellence foundations gates are open and can demonstrate improvements in sustainability.
Qualifications
· University degree or College diploma in Supply Chain or a Business-related discipline.
· Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within logistics.
· Strong analytical and decision-making skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
· Advanced Microsoft office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Results focused with a strong service orientation, and strong organizational and planning skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM training is considered an asset.
· Experience in project management is an asset.
· Bilingualism (French & English) is an asset.
