Job description
Responsibility:
· Responsible for Media strategy and plan, particularly focus on digital including creative development together with global team and agency
· Social listening to better understand our TA and create social influence through different platforms
· Campaign development together with Global team and well execute with CCSD( Trade marketing) and Sales team to deliver Sales targets
· New product development and track execution during pipeline period for both on-line and off-line
· Support other brand manager to help E-commerce marketing
· Collaborate with Global R&D and brand team to evolve our products for both consumer oriented purpose and Margin expansion purpose
· Analyze brand, market and business status to quickly provide action plan
· Follow up other global projects
Requirement:
· Expert on digital marketing including Media touch points, social platforms, E-commerce and personally high passion on digital life, understand all the current trends and have thinking to commercialize them. Strong experience in recent 2 years at least in digital marketing. Having brand background before is appreciated.
· Strong communication skill in both English and Chinese. Solid experience on Collaborations with different functions including Sales, CCSD, finance, Global team etc.
· Super solid analytical ability to master huge data
· Deep understanding E-shoppers
· Smart, passionate and result driven
· Bachelor degree above
