£35K-£40K plus company car & benefits (depending on experience)
An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Medical Affairs Dietitian to join the team in Gatwick, reporting into the Medical Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between Nestlé Health Sciences and the NHS, focussing on Medical Nutrition and Paediatrics.

Our Opportunity
As the Medical Affairs Dietitian, you will support the establishment of the Medical Nutrition and Paediatric portfolio in the UK, working in alignment with local Marketing, Medical Affairs Manager and Regulatory team. This requires; optimising our clinical substantiation, building very strong working relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and supporting highest standards of clinical knowledge to the field sales force team.
Key responsibilities of the role are:
· To be able to share up to date clinical knowledge in paediatrics and adult to support the business
· Build trusted relationships with HCPs working with sales and marketing to provide clinical elements to business plans.
· Identifies primary care and acute care centres for strategic partnerships
· Identifies opportunities and gains commitment to increase the evidence base for our products with HCPs and consumers.
· Field Sales Force support, Strong presentation skills to provide training and technical support for Field Sales Force, including development of training modules.
· Strong analytical skills e.g. looking at nutritional tables, key messages from clinical papers to support enquires
You
We're looking for someone with a strong Dietetic background , who understands the NHS and patient pathways. Ideally the candidate will have experience in adults and or paediatrics. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of providing dietetic training to all members of the team. You'll be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with your colleagues across Nestlé and within the NHS. You will be results focussed and systems orientated with a positive can do attitude, as well as having a strong desire to progress and take on other responsibilities.
You'll have superb networking skills, and previous experience of working with Healthcare Professionals is essential. You will be willing to travel in this role, as you will have meetings internally and externally. You must be well-organised and have a sound knowledge of Excel and Power Point.

Nestlé has a strong benefits package which includes, for this role £35K-£40K basic salary, a competitive pension, company car, up to 8% bonus and 25 days holiday.
