Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is one of the largest Nestlé factories in Europe after circa £500 million investment over the last few years. The factory is a centre of excellence for Nescafé products around the world producing freeze-dried, spray dried and pod coffee technologies and is at the forefront of coffee innovation globally.

Our Opportunity
We have a great opportunity for a Supply Stream Planner to join our team in Tutbury.

Reporting to the Product Supply Stream Lead, you will be responsible for creating and managing a supply plan recognising all constraints within the supply stream for those assets you manage, so as to meet customer demand.

Main responsibilities include:
Planning the detailed schedule for the short term horizon (2-3 weeks with production).
Planning the long term capacity, managing stock projections in the long term and ensuring the plan meets our demand requirements. This also includes SNP which is managing stock by location, both in the UK and Export Markets.
Working daily with demand planning, the factory and customer services to ensure we have the optimum level of stock cover and maintain excellent customer service whilst minimising cost/complexity in the factory.
Managing stock in both the UK and export markets and working with other members of the supply planning stream to ensure we can produce what's required to meet the deployment plan.

You
Ideally of Graduate calibre (or equivalent) you will have strong knowledge and experience of supply chain preferably in an end to end planning role. You'll have a strong problem solving mindset, as well as the ability to challenge and improve existing processes. You'll have business experience, preferably gained in a Supply Chain background.

The role involves working with large teams and interacting with people of all levels (both internally and externally) and you'll be required to be an effective influencer and communicator. With excellent numeracy and analytical skills you'll also demonstrate an excellent understanding of software applications e.g. Windows & Microsoft Office.
