We're looking for a Demand & Network Management Executive based at our Buxton site in Derbyshire. You'll be rewarded with an attractive package (c24k depending on experience, plus up to 5% bonus and excellent wider benefits). During 2012, we've developed a state-of-the-art production facility in Buxton, where we have centred our Supply Chain operations. These roles are a key element of Nestlé Waters' strategy to streamline our supply and stock management processes in order to maximise service to our Customers whilst minimising our Supply Chain costs.
Our Opportunity
We have a great opportunity for a Demand & Network Management Executive to join our Team in Nestlé Waters.
Perform day to day stock allocation to customer orders ensuring the most cost effective and reliable delivery. Define and maintain stock cover policy in within the supply network and plan stock movements accordingly. Suggest changes to short term production plan of Waterswallows factory and execute the changes within defined level of authority.
The role is in the centre of the operations with real stakeholder presence. You'll liaise and network with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple sites, and so an ability to build effective relationships is key.
You
The successful candidate will already have developed a broad knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain, with a real grasp of the inherent commercial imperatives, including customer perspectives and their role in an FMCG business. Clearly service and results-focused with high proactive cooperation mind-set, you'll be a consummate networker, able to gain the confidence and respect of others whilst having experience of influencing a cross-functional audience using data analysis and presentations.
You will have the ability to assimilate and produce a wide variety of data and reports rapidly, be PC-literate with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and have the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Experience of working with SAP would be a distinct advantage.
