Job description
Are you a results-oriented and ambitious Analyst with at least three years of work experience that can make the difference? Do you like to work in a team, do you have an eye for detail and a proactive attitude? Then we are looking for you!

The Decision Support Analyst provides input for decision-making on different levels for the Belgilux and the Netherlands market. In this role you are responsible for:
· Supporting the financial performance evaluation of the organization, ensuring the accurate execution and timely distribution of reliable financial reports and tools to all stakeholders (in the market and to our head office in Switzerland).
· Implementing standardized templates, reports and tools in addition to simplified and compliant processes.
· Execute the material master update (Costing) for Finance in collaboration with our Costing Competence Center in Barcelona
· Become the contact point for all questions related to Cost of Goods Sold
· Validation of transfer prices, perform variance analysis and maximise COGS Dashboard utilization. designing and implementing meaningful reporting as well as simulation models supporting business planning and decision making.
· Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, benchmarking internally, sharing best practices across different businesses.

We are looking for…
A strong analytical and process-minded person, with good organisational skills. You work accurate and with respect of deadlines. You are able to work under pressure and deliver the expected results during regular peak periods. With your good communication skills you easily work together with different people and explain processes.

You also have :
· A master degree in finance
· 3 to 5 year relevant working experience, preferably in a factory or supply chain context where you became a specialist in costing
· Good knowledge of relevant business processes (financial planning, accounting, reporting…)
· IT literate with advanced skills on Excel
· Business Analytics (Office 365 – Power BI, Business Objects) is a plus
· Knowledge of SAP is required (E2E processes)
· A professional level of Dutch, French and English
