Gatwick

Salary circa £30,000 depending on experience + potential bonus + other fantastic benefits

We are recruiting for a DC & Scheme Events Technician to be based at our Head Office in Gatwick. This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to continue developing their pensions administration experience in a fantastic working environment here at Nestlé.

What can you expect?

To carry out the full Defined Contribution (DC) cycle, including contribution, investment and switch processing, in accordance with the Customer Service Charter.

You will ensure that the DC administration service is delivered in line with the Trust Deed and Rules and relevant legislation, ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
Key duties include:-

· Responsible for ensuring an accurate, reliable and high standard of administration service for the DC section of the Nestle UK Pension Fund.
· Processing monthly & quarterly DC and auto-enrolment regular events in accordance with service level agreements.
· Undertake a robust DC bank account and unit reconciliation process at least weekly and at each stage of the contribution cycle.
· Support the production of member benefit statements and other annual scheme events as required.
· Maintain full DC system processing documentation and support testing of new DC processing & Scheme event workflows
Who are we looking for?

We'd like to see practical experience of working in a DC environment, including annual renewals, annual benefit statements (SMPI), retirements, transfers and deaths. You'll have the ability to communicate effectively with members and their representatives and the confidence to work autonomously whilst also working closely with your team members.

A strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, and pensions administration systems (preferably Compendia) is essential and if you also have experience of Data Analysis that would be an added advantage.
