We're looking for a Level 3 Customer Demand Planner, based in York.

Our Opportunity
We have a great opportunity for a Customer Demand Planner to join our team in Confectionery Supply Chain in York.
With knowledge and a clear understanding of Supply Chain you will be able to accurately formulate weekly & monthly demand plans and manage these in conjunction with the Category Demand Planning and Product Supply team. The Customer Demand Planning Manager will support you in achieving these objectives. However, you will be afforded a high degree of responsibility early on, in this largely autonomous role. Therefore, an overriding desire to not only achieve KPIs but to exceed them will be necessary for success.
Key responsibilities include:
· Development of a robust 12 month Customer Demand Plan across a range of SKUs
· Collaborative planning relationships with First Choice Sales Teams and Customers
· Successfully engaging cross functional input, to ensure high levels of planning accuracy and customer service
· Identification, quantification and incorporation of all factors and information relevant to the determination of an accurate forecast.
· Play a pivotal role within the Monthly Business Process by owning the Roadshows in conjunction with the sales team and actively participating in MSR's with transparent communication across Category and Sales teams
· Managing collaborative forecasting processes with customers, providing data and being the primary contact with the relevant personnel within the account.
· Develop relationships with relevant internal/external customers to support the forecasting process.
You
As the successful candidate, you will be of Graduate calibre (or equivalent), have strong operational experience with significant experience in Supply Chain within the FMCG sector.
This role needs someone who can be adept at prioritising and planning ahead and meeting deadlines, who can achieve results and make an impact whilst building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
