Customer Based Coordinator - Supply Chain

in Nestlé's York office
Up to £35,000 dependant on experience + Potential Bonus + Excellent Benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual who is commercially astute and analytical to become a Customer Based Coordinator.

What can you expect?
You'll have the responsibility for coordinating supply across multiple Nestle businesses.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that firstly you're the face of Nestle for all NiM businesses; responsible for maximising service and enhancing everyday operations through efficient management of inventory and stock availability.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
· Ensure availability of Nestle products on shelf by achieving high levels of inbound Case Fill Rate as measured by the Customer
· Identify root causes of non-availability of stock at DC and store level, defining and implementing actions to correct
· Ensure E2E Supply Chain efficiency by identify opportunities to remove waste
· Play a supporting role within the Monthly Business Process; leading CPFR with the customer
· Build excellent relationships with key customer contacts and your Nestlé stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
As a Customer Based Coordinator you'll be analytical, personable and commercially savvy.
You'll come from a background in any one of the following areas; Supply Chain Demand Planning; Customer Service; Account Management; Sales or Procurement Management and have some knowledge of commercial processes. FMCG experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
You'll be working with a variety of stakeholders, so it is important that you can work with a broad team, have effective communication skills and have the courage to challenge and the ability to influence without authority. You will also be able to plan and prioritise work whilst working towards results.
