The incumbent's role is to coordinate and ensure the delivery of high quality Health Care Professional (HCP) and Health Care Organization (HCO) data that meets Veeva Customer Relationship Management (CRM) requirements for reporting, analytics and insights. This will help support strategic decisions/ direction and measure effectiveness of the Field Force. He/she will be responsible for correct Veeva Usage in the Canadian Market.
Major Responsibilities:
· Drive the implementation and utilization of Veeva CRM in the Canadian Market and provide the necessary functional support to:
· Local sales team by being the first point of contact for functional issues, creating technical incidents and resolving them via the local globe organization or the global support team.
· Global team with testing of upgrades, system/ process improvement proposals and user and agency license management.
· Drive efficiency in territory and account management via Veeva CRM user training, set up, territory and HCP / HCO alignment.
· Perform HCP and HCO migration as and when required; work with cross-functional business partners for survey support in data collection, reports on data cleanliness and quality, materials and cycle management and lead market improvement initiatives as required.
· Work closely with Marketing and Sales to enhance Veeva effectiveness, related to Cycle Planning and Closed Loop Marketing (CLM), with responsibility for:
· Creating and updating HCP and HCO segmentation profiles in CRM,
· Interacting with the digital agency for testing the new or updated electronic media and ensuring alignment to Veeva requirements and compatibility for use in CRM.
· Create Veeva CRM and CLM reports and dashboards as per the Canadian market requirements and Global requirements, share insights with Sales and Marketing as and when required for Veeva improvement purposes.
· Lead business intelligence and measuring of achievement through the creation and analysis of reports based on the data in CRM.
· Provide guidance on use related to Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting on the achievement of identified KPI's.
· Responsible for keeping up to date on market/global requirements in order to ensure compliance in procedures for use of Nestle systems.
· Manage and report on sample and material distribution through record keeping in Veeva CRM.
Qualifications:
· A university degree in Business administration, Marketing and/or Digital marketing required.
· Minimum 3 - 5 years of CRM experience - preferably Veeva (Salesforce.com) sales force automation systems.
· Highly knowledgeable of best-in-class CRM technologies and processes.
· Knowledge of and / or experience in the following: Reporting Tools, Content Management Processes & Sales Operations.
· Strong experience executing CRM strategy and implementation using segmentation and other consumer analytics.
· Good understanding of market trends, economic situations, HCP demographics to anticipate potential uses of Veeva aiding decision making.
· Strong project management skills. Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
· Excellent communication skills combined with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
· Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Web-based reporting tools and other MS applications.
