Are you ready to take an important role in our communication campaigns? Would you like to join a dynamic working environment and actively contribute to our internal and external communication channels activities? You will directly collaborate with the Internal Communication Specialist, the Event Manager, other Managers of Nestlé Suisse and external partners (communication agencies for example).
Your main role will be to support the Corporate Brand Communication Team in projects and operations of marketing activities and contribute to develop and enhance Nestlé presence on key ultimate events and platforms.

Key responsabilities

· Update our national Intranet, Corporate Website and regularly publish internal news
· Update displays, internal exhibition areas and internal screens used for internal information, and lead the editorial calendar
· Fully implement Nestlé presence at selected Events, ensuring all Events meet the high standard of Nestlé
· Respond to the Sponsoring requests (letters and emails)
· Support Event Managers of the Nestlé Brands to strengthen our visibility
· Assist on administrative and organizational matters

Education and experience

· Bachelor or Master degree in Management, Marketing, Communication or equivalent
· German/Swiss-German and/or French mother tongue with very good knowledge of the other language
· English and Italian would be a plus
· Excellent command of MS-Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
