To complete our Human Resources department, we are currently looking for a maternity replacement for our Compensation & Benefits Manager.

In this position, you will manage C&B activities and relevant projects for Nespresso Suisse in alignment with Nestlé guidelines and practices. You will implement C&B Strategies in order to support the business in attracting, retaining and motivating our talents. You will also manage Salary Costs (OP, DF, accuracy) in close cooperation with F&C controllers and you will also support HRBPs during relevant projects and insure compliance.

Key responsibilities
· Participate actively in the budget definition (OP) and follow up (DF) for HR Budgets - check accuracy of cost expenditure on a monthly base (DF) all along the year to ensure precise end year cost landing and ensure a proper management of Labour cost
· Ensure accurate check, follow up and explain all monthly salary differences vs previous month; allocation of salary costs to right Cost Centre and structure
· Ensure proper management of Access data base for monthly salary costs allocation, DFs and OP based on HR BP inputs on employees movement
· Track and report expatriation, relocation, recruitment and social insurance costs
· Ensure robust comparison process and reliable data and design of competitive pay practices
· Job analysis and job evaluations: effectively apply the methodology of the Group - follow the group process for MaGS and governance model - maintain file by updating existing positions and filling in new positions
· Ensure with HR BP & team transversal coherence of package offers
· Prepare and validate salary offers for position in HQ CH and gain validation from C&B HQ for Mancom members
· Develop and maintain dashboards
· Develop plan to support roll out of total reward and create, ensure awareness across line managers and employees
· Develop strategic KPI's for the business to use in key decision making and problem solving
Required Profile
· At least 3 years of experience in Finance/C&B experience, HRBP experience an advantage
· Proven experience in Project management
· Strong Analytical skills
· Excellent command of Excel
· Fluent in English and French
