The Nestlé needs YOUth Initiative will offer jobs to 20,000 people under the age of 30 and create 15,000 apprentice positions and traineeships by 2020 in Europe, Middle East and North America. In the period, 2014-2016, more than 300 youths received job or internship opportunity in Nestlé Bulgaria.
We are looking for Community management and Consumer engagement junior specialist in our Communications team – highly organized, service oriented, possessing advanced communication skills, Social Media & Digital passionate!
Your mission will be to effectively manage and grow our brands social media communities across multiple platforms, contribute to business’ digital marketing strategy and assist the consumer engagement line.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
· Act as Nestlé brands` voice, manage, and grow social media communities of NESTLÉ brands by interacting directly and promptly engaging with consumers.
· Contribute to brands' social media strategy by leveraging identified opportunities, optimizing and enhancing the brands performance.
· Perform regular social listening for our brands and anticipate or monitor potential issues/crisis.
· Monitor & measure performance of all content. Use relevant social data and report to consistently optimize on an on-going basis.
· Manage consumer contacts via respective systems.
· Handling consumers` inquiries and complaints, related to any product or brand/corporate activity, through: phone, e-mail, registering them and generating consumer answers
· Promote Nestlé as a global leader in nutrition, health and wellness, assuring competitive advantage according to the company’s values and purposes for the individuals, communities and the planet.
Who are we looking for?
· Experienced in managing brand social media community;
· University degree or experience in one of: Marketing, PR, Journalism, Social Psychology;
· Passionate to communicate in writing;
· Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing and Social Media, Communication, Consumer Service;
· Open minded, team player and an excellent communicator;
· Able to prioritize and to manage multiple projects with fast-moving deadlines;
· Strong consumer-centric mentality, Stakeholder Management & Alignment;
· Influence with impact in cross-functional structure;
· Excellent Bulgarian language grammar.
