Reference Number: 15000650 CHANNEL SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST NDABENI Main Purpose of Job To increase a regional footprint by developing customer base and maintaining collaborative relationships through providing a 360 degree solution, while ensuring maximum return on investment on trade assets and constantly reviewing operations in order to achieve common goals and long term sustainable profitability. Key Responsibilities: ·Sales, rental and promotion of trade assets and associated consumable products ·Management of Sales territory & achievement of all sales targets monthly and cumulatively ·Ensuring plans are devised and implemented to recover lost business ·Analysis of Customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction ·Negotiating orders and prices within set parameters ·Reporting on all market place intelligence and trends, including actions of any competitors, and possible counter measures to these actions ·Communicating stock requirements for special orders, promotions and price increases ·Identifying, sourcing and communicating new business opportunities ·Arranging and attending Trade Shows and Promotions ·Ensuring distributor and customer stock rotation at each visit to eliminate expiring and short dated stock ·Advising Customers of special deals and stock shortages and advising of substitute products Key Requirements: ·B.Com, Sales/Marketing or equivalent ·Minimum 1-2 years' sales experience ·FMCG Food sales experience ·Code 08 driver's license ·PC Literacy (MS Office, SAP, Outlook) ·Knowledge of Sales Policies and Distribution Procedures/Coordinating Please note that the Company will NOT pay relocation fees for this position.
