The incumbent's main responsibility is to develop and translate business & marketing strategies, ready for field execution, into sales specific plans that align with patient, category/channel and articulated customer opportunities to create a competitive advantage to drive profitable growth. Drive disciplined and consistent analysis, planning and execution. He/she will also be accountable for the implementation of the commercial plan and identification of incremental opportunities and sales KPI's/targets.

Major Responsibilities:
· Works closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Performance Development Manager, Sales Operations Manager and Sales Platform Champion teams to develop and implement channel/product specific plans that are ready for field execution through the use of internal communication tools and standardized processes.
· Collaborates with the Sales Leadership team to ensure specific customer and key account perspectives are taken into consideration during execution.
· Provides critical inputs into the Market Business Strategy (MBS) and work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to create/monitor the standardized Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) process and define the regional agenda's for the ICP regional business planning meetings..
· Connects with the Performance and Development Manager to understand the sales team's performance and development needs related to the ICP and align on a National Sales Training Plan.
· Lead the creation of the Sales Playbook through close collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs.
· Provides input into innovation opportunities for Medical Nutrition and Consumer Care; work closely with Marketing and I&R Manager to align on building blocks.
· Provides support to Marketing to ensure the appropriate messaging is used per targeted stakeholder on all transitions, product launches, activities etc.
· Possesses a complete understanding of the health care business environment and routinely analyzes sales effort and results data to identify sales growth or mitigation opportunities.
· Works closely with the Sales Analyst and Sales Operations Manager to develop effort vs results models, illustrations, and reports to provide decision support to the sales team.
· Assists with collecting and sharing competitive, market, channel and key customer insights. Work closely with key cross-functional stakeholders to determine and execute on appropriate actions to mitigate or optimize the competitive situation.
· Supports the internal Quarterly Business process; Tracks opportunities and risks to ensure target attainment and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications:
· University degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA an asset.
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience preferably within the Healthcare Industry.
· Highly developed leadership skills and experience in successfully influencing without authority.
· Proven critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to identify/define business questions and issues, synthesize information from multiple sources, conduct analysis and formulate actionable recommendations.
· Proven problem-solving skills using deductive reasoning and identifying gaps in logic.
· Effective team player with a passion to win; solutions-oriented and results driven.
· Highly developed communication, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to interact effectively throughout all levels and functions of the organization.
· Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple streams of information/data into robust analytics and recommendations.
· High-energy, self starter that is assertive, possess a high degree of self confidence and intellectual curiosity,
· Exhibits a bias for action, demonstrates good executive presence and has a high degree of commitment to meeting deadlines and objectives.
· Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and quick recall.
· Computer literacy and expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
