An exciting, new vacancy has arisen in our Gatwick office for a Channel & Category Sales Development Controller within our NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto business.

Our Opportunity
NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto is one of the leading brands within pod coffee and is a strategic priority for Nestlé globally.
Within the UK NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto has retail sales of over £50m as well as 8 years of continual growth. Reporting into the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto Business Unit Head you will have responsibility for leading the development, execution and review of the strategic channel and customer plans for the business, – delivering sustained, profitable sales and market share growth. This role covers not only the pods, but in conjunction with external partners through the development of long term strategic plans, you will also be required to maximise NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto coffee machine availability and visibility within all areas of the market place.

You
We are looking for a commercially driven candidate who is ideally We are looking for a degree educated individual (or equivalent), who also has energy and enthusiasm for the role, who is full of excitement to continue the successful journey of NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto. Entrepreneurial; you will have a proven track record of developing & executing winning commercial & customer plans in an FMCG environment, delivery of annual plans cross functionally and across businesses and customers, as well as demonstrating leadership of teams, either functional or across departments and be able to demonstrate their sustained success.
You will have a good working knowledge of category & channel management principles, be able to translate data and insight into winning customer plans, be financially literate and possess a sound understanding of competition law.
