To reinforce the CCSD department of our Operating Company Nestlé Suisse SA we are currently looking for a Category Development Analyst (CDA), Category Culinary .Your main mission will be to act as an expert of the category all commercial levers. You will develop together with the CCSD Manager channel-specific promotions, POP/POS material, sales folders, product assortment and layouts.
Key responsibilities
Support ICP process and develop channel-specific promotions
· Based on ICP, drives customer planning together with CCSD Manager in order to leverage all commercial opportunities
· Identify and recommend most appropriate contact points, mechanism & POS material for shopper-based category activation based on ICP
· Develop fact-based selling stories for Sales together with CCSD Manager and Marketing
Lead the development and implementation of POS activities and material
· Organize and evaluate in store activities, incl. agency management and hostesses formation
· Develop POP/POS material per promotion following marketing brand guidelines
· Integrate KAM/FSF/Marketing input regarding specific POS issues and adapt accordingly
Support & improve the promotional strategy
· Analyze promotions and recommend best mechanisms in order to optimize ROI
Manage Field Sales Force planning and implementation
· Define FSF missions out of ICP together with CCSD and FSF Managers
· Attend and present at FSF meetings
· Create, produce and dispatch FSF material (Sales folders and other tools)
· Integrate FSF feedback to improve execution
Education and experience
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Sales or equivalent
· At least 2 to 3 years of CCSD, sales and/or marketing experience, ideally in the related category
· Fluent in French, German and English
