In this role, you will manage SPECIAL.T Consumer database and be able to use it strategically to deliver business value. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the CRM strategy from A to Z ensuring a performing CRM Lifecycle for New Members, Existing Members and Lapsters.

Key responsibilities

· Support Marketing team with pre and post analyses (data, files, analytics) of marketing activities
· Provide recommendations based on analytics to optimize future marketing activities based on sales and activation results
· Define, optimise and implement CRM programs willing to improve SPECIAL.T members satisfaction, value and drop rate (for example: Onboarding Program, Loyalty Program, Reactivation, etc.)
· Support internal teams with on their ad-hoc analyses linked to product launches, rankings, impact on the portofolio of the new products
· Based on analytical insights and communication campaigns results, define specific needs or weaknesses on identified member's profiles
· Establish and monitor regularly Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) describing the members behaviours as well as business performances.

Required Profile

· At least 3-5 years experience in datamining tools (IBM SPSS Modeler, Power BI, Tableau Software)
· At least 3-5 years experience in Direct Marketing or CRM experience or equivalent
· Experience in managing loyalty and CRM programs
· Proven competence in Project Management
· Fluent in English, other major European language would be an advantage
· Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, Macros, etc.)
