As a Business Controller – zone AOA, you will be assisting the Zone Management Team in providing strongly supported insights to make efficient business decisions. You will use financial knowledge and commercial data on current business environment to add value, challenge new strategies and new projects in order to ensure sustainable growth and effective return on investment.
You will provide timely, accurate and relevant management reporting and analysis, ensuring adherence to the F&C functional roadmap.

Key responsibilities
· Participate in the Zone strategy development process and support the execution of the commercial plans for B2C & B2B
· Monitors Capex & Trade/Marketing related spend
· Create P&L & finance process awareness across the organisation
· Improve team's finance knowledge through training and ongoing Finance and Sales Analysis
· Leverage Conso & Reporting & Decision support outputs as a Management Tool
· Monitors and controls the zone spend making sure that the budget is not exceeded and allocation is done according to latest plan
· Advise on annual resource planning and variance tracking
· Manages the accurate and timely production of relevant financial information and reports across the zone management team/markets
· Consolidate selected KPIs and review into actionable summary information in order to provide high quality data / timely framework
· Liaise within and outside the region to develop supportive relationships
· Support special projects in the Zone: Price positioning, Business development, Distributor Transfer

Required Profile
· Min BA/BS Degree in Business Administration / Finance
· Sustainable performance in Finance function with Mancom exposure in a FMCG Company
· Participation on local efficiency and best practices projects
· Experience within a network organisation with both internal and external providers
· Knowledge of product portfolio and brand profitability
· Written and spoken proficiency in English
· Experience in an other market or/and HQ (Zone F&C, business controlling, costing)
· International experience and mobility required
