Gatwick/Field Based

c£50k (depending on experience) + Bonus Potential + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

Nestlé Professional (“NP”) is our Business to Business food service arm, which specializes in the Out of Home (OOH) solutions market. NP operates successfully in an enormous marketplace, and is an ambitious growth driver for Nestlé. The team's aim is to inspire growth in our partners, by providing branded, creative solutions that help our customers develop their business, helping them understand business issues and the solutions that will help them develop, by driving footfall and increasing their profit.

What can you expect?

As Business Account Manager, you'll have direct responsibility for developing the channel strategy in collaboration primarily with the Food CBU and drive its execution in target customers.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
· Builds channel and customer knowledge, develops channel and customer dilemma in collaboration with the CBU.
· Drives channel value proposition based on Regional Channel Strategy, strategic priorities and local market characteristics across NP portfolio.
· Develops strong activation and customer plan, works with B2B to deliver added value to the customer execution
· Monitors and analyses channel and customers performance, develops corrective/accelerating actions in order to achieve business objectives
· Supports category strategy development and execution. Delivers channel input to the categories to drive Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation required to win the channel
· Closely works with Sales team to ensure execution of channel strategy within RTM, provides required support to RTM teams to drive growth in priority channels delivered through RTM.
Who are we looking for?

We're looking for commercially astute Business Account Managers who are passionate about OOH industry and satisfying customers. We're also looking for the following skills & experience:
· Experience in generating demand, minimum 3 years of those are in Sales in the FMCG/Foodservice Industry
· Successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
· Customer Key Account management
· Demonstrates ability to analyse complex situations, lots of data, "join the dots", build insights based on analysis and develop plan to address opportunity.
· Understands the link between Technical, Category, Finance and Sales
· Demonstrated ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse people
· Experience in OOH industry is a plus
· Experience in QSR channel is a plus
