Brand Manager THOMY

Your main mission as a Brand Manager Thomy is to grow the Thomy brand by actively managing several sub-categories.

Key responsibilities

· Understand consumers and underlying consumer trends deeply using consumer research and analysis to continuously adapt the portfolio
· Definition and implementation of a marketing plan and strategy for the assigned sub-categories together with relevant internal and external stakeholders
· Manage the P&L of the assigned categories independently and improve business results through proactive management of the key drivers
· Develop 3 years innovation pipelines in collaboration with the Zone/SBU.
· Understand and manage base line of the assigned categories to ensure achievement of rotation targets for new launches and existing portfolio together with the category team.
· As part of the THOMY marketing team you will have a significant and direct contribution to the overall evolution of the Nestlé FOOD business in Switzerland

Required Profile

· Master degree in Business / Marketing
· At least 2 years' experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing
· Previous experience in FMCG
· Strong experience in leading and managing cross functional teams
· Fluent in German and English, French would be a plus
