BRAND MANAGER

Reporting to the Category Marketing Manager - Beverages, the incumbent will be responsible for the defined category and will assist in analysing, planning, implementing, coordinating and controlling the product offering, positioning, pricing, promotion and distribution of Nestle Professional products within the Out of Home channel.
Key Responsibilities

·  Generate consumer and customer insights for translation into strategies, plans and activities.
·  Use business processes and resources to translate insights into innovative solutions.
·  Grow the footprint of existing brands in the Out of Home channel.
·  Generate Integrated Commercial Plans using deep understanding of trade partners, integrated with consumer needs, in order to grow sales value.
·  Create and Implement strategies, meeting brand, category and business needs that deliver sustained profitable growth and which are in line with international requirements.
·  Develop comprehensive marketing plans that bring brands to life through creative implementation to achieve strategic goals.
·  Launch of SKUs relevant to the product category to ensure sustainable profitable growth.
·  Manage, implement and monitor plans, deliver them on target, in line with strategy and on time.
·  Build marketing knowledge and best practice.

Key Requirements
·  Marketing / Business Management qualification.
·  3 years' experience in Brand Management
·  Must have experience in consumer insight, branding, trade and channel marketing, strategy development.
·  Highly developed analytical & strategic thinking skills and implementation.
·  Highly developed Project Management skills.
·  Ability to effectively communicate with all divisions / groups within the organization.
·  Effective interpersonal and active listening skills.
·  Positive Mental Attitude and team player
