Your Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists within our NESCAFÉ team for an experienced Marketer to join the business as a Brand Manager. In this role, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager (based in Australia) on the NESCAFÉ soluble coffee portfolio, collaborating on regional plans, activated locally. This position is also charged with the responsibility of both short and medium term consumer activities, including activating NPD creating engaging brand experiences and hands on responsibility of optimising marketing spend. This will provide great exposure to regional and local stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of the role:
· Activation of the consumer and brand activities through digital and experiential formats
· Managing relationships with local agencies, including media agencies as well as key internal stakeholders across ANZ such as sales, category, insights and supply chain.
· Strategic input into the regional plan across Australia and New Zealand, championing Kiwi consumers, shoppers and customers.
· Activation of NPD projects.
About You
We are looking for someone who is dynamic, pragmatic, a team player, upholds high integrity, and is results focussed. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Brand Manager, with a minimum of 3 years experience. You will be tertiary qualified, and have demonstrable commercial and financial acumen. Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential for this role, as you will need to engage effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and third party providers across Australia and New Zealand. This role requires travel to Australia approximately 4 times annually.
