Due to the incumbent being on maternity Cereal Partners UK have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to join the wider team for a fixed term 12 month contract starting ASAP.
Your duties and responsibilities will include;
· Contribute to business volume and share targets for the Brands working closely with cross functional teams to deliver budget.
· Manage brand/business P&L and budget.
· Develop and execute plans for Health & Nutrition and HCP plans. Constantly evaluate the programme's effectiveness / efficiency and adjust plans accordingly.
· Develop and manage in conjunction the relevant agencies in the following areas of activity:
· Advertising, Media, Health & Nutrition, PR, Consumer promotions, Packaging, Sampling, Digital
· Determine brand spend to deliver strategy / objectives. Manage resources within this agreed amount.
· Developing all brand related initiatives e.g., nutrition events, cause related marketing, sampling, couponing and brand specific promotional ties
· Briefing the marketing teams on H&N brand strategy and activities, so they can align and develop collective H&N events.
· Supervise all artwork changes and communication with print manager.
· Lead the regulatory requirements for the Marketing department to ensure that all marketing activity complies with the latest regulatory and legal guidelines.
Who is the right person for this role?
Due to being a fixed term 12 month maternity cover it is essential that the successful applicant is an experienced Marketing professional with the ability to hit the ground running;
· Degree level educated and proven marketing experience is required. Knowledge in nutrition would be beneficial
· Early signs of good interpretation of data and ability to translate into marketing strategy and vision. Some exposure to the creative process and media buying
· Demonstrated ability to lead projects to fruition.
· Good interpersonal/communication skills across all levels of the company. Pro-active and enthusiastic and a keen ability to tackles problems straight on.
· Demonstrable experience of above and below the line Marketing activity
· Candidates with an FMCG Marketing background would be looked on favourably
