Our Boutique network has recently expanded with the launch of our new stores in Bristol, Westfield, Limerick and Brent Cross.

We're looking for a Boutique Floor Manager, based in our new Sheffield (Meadowhall) Boutique, to help continue our retail growth and success. You'll be rewarded with an attractive package and more importantly, you'll be working with a range of products that will inspire you.

Our Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and driven Boutique Floor Manager who is able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment in which then Nespresso business operates. Reporting directly to the Boutique Manager your mission will be: to ensure a premium customer experience and excellent delivery of all elements of boutique performance. Y ou'll be able to line manage a team of coffee specialist to ensure all boutique performance standards and targets are achieved. Ideally, you'll have experience of working with large organisations within the retail sector, but we are happy to consider those from a different background who have the requisite skill-set.

You
You'll be an experienced Floor Manager (or similar) with previous experience of retail management. You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service utilizing your communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be able to rapidly build strong, working relationships with your customer base and be happy to support and challenge where needed.
