In this unique and dynamic role, you will be responsible for implementing the CRM activity through the Nestle Baby Program in support of the CRM & Digital strategy in the Infant and Maternal Nutrition categories, as well as reporting against its performance and delivering changes to improve category presence.

Major Responsibilities:
·  Support the CRM Marketing Manager on marketing initiatives, promotions & program improvement and assist in quarterly business reviews and annual planning.
·  Run the day-to-day operation with the CRM program vendors (Fulfillment, deployment and data agencies).
·  Liaise with digital & CRM partners to ensure program KPIs are met and reported.
·  Leverage brand, consumer and marketplace data to recommend marketing objectives, strategies and activities for the 18 Month Brand Plan.
·  Responsible for managing the PFME budgets in Brand Planner and tracks and monitors spending.
·  Lead Pre-Post Marketing Investment Evaluations to assess the impact on the business and against KPIs.
·  Support Consumer Engagement Manager in delivering digital marketing projects.
·  Provide Fact-based analytical information (Coupons, Inventory, and program performance) and use KPIs to make recommendations for future enhancements to the program.
·  Act as first contact for the call center complaints and investigation related to the CRM program.
·  Work closely with the CRM Marketing Manager for escalation and for reducing complaints and consumers dissatisfaction..
·  Assist in general administration including setting meetings, preparation of marketing presentations.

Qualifications:
·  University degree in Business, Marketing and/or Digital marketing.
·  A minimum of 2 years of CRM & digital experience preferably in a CPG, or an Agency with a CRM client base.
·  Experience in Healthcare or Nutrition an asset.
·  Previous experience on a loyalty program (12-18 months), budget management & operation is highly recommended.
·  Strong analytical and Budget management skills.
·  Strong interest for Marketing activities & concepts.
·  Social Media savvy. Solid Internet & digital skills- technical and functional knowledge.
·  Demonstrated ability to lead/motivate others in a team environment
·  Demonstrated ability in project management and handling complexity/problem solving.
·  Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other MS applications.
·  Passion for the infant/toddler category and nutrition category.
